What are donations for?

The Justice of the Peace and Constables Association of Dallas County Inc. established the Justice of the Peace and Constables Association of Dallas County Flag Fund Inc. and endowed the first initial funds to start the Texas Peace Officer Flag Fund. This Fund is a Non Profit 501-C3 Corporation allowing all contirbutions to be tax deductible. Monies received by the Texas Peace Officer Flag Fund will be distributed to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) when requested to pay for the flags and certificates.

Why should you donate?

We're asking you to help us by donating to The Texas Peace Officer Flag Fund so that dedicated funds may be utilized to continue this honorable presentation of gratitude, condolence and recognition.

How should you donate?

Donations may be made as memorials or in honor of someone. A notification letter of the contribution will be sent to whomever is designated by the contributor, if desired. Please note this information at the time of contribution. Be sure to include the name and address of whom the letter is to be sent to.
